I met Alli in 2013 while I was in college and always thought the world of her. Fast forward to 2020, my husband and I relocated to Richmond for his job and I knew when the time came that I would want to use Alli as our agent. We began our home search with Alli in 2021 and purchased our first home that October. Through the craziness of 2021 real estate Alli helped us showing us multiple homes and helping us curate many offers. Almost 3 years later it was time for us to sell our Richmond home and head back to North Carolina to be closer to family. We did encounter an issue with our septic tank while our home was under contract and we could have not resolved the situation without Alli's help. We had already moved to NC and Alli would spend hours every week contacting Septic companies, the county, the buyers agent and us. She has the ability to remain calm in stressful situations and we always felt that even though we were not around Alli always had our backs. Alli found a fantastic septic company and oversaw the work, landscaping and helped us get our home back on the market. Within just a couple of days of our home being back on the market we were under contract with a great offer and favorable terms. Our first home has finally closed and Alli mailed us the most thoughtful keepsake. Alli truly understands that a buying a home is so much more than just a transaction, she really takes the time to get to know her clients and creates long lasting relationships. It came with its hurtles- a bad roof, foundational challenges (all things we did not discover until well into the process of wanting to sell). She was careful, even-keeled when I was unable to be, firm when needed, and optimistic.
