Alli began helping us back in November 2024 when we were primarily searching for single-family homes. Along the way, we unexpectedly fell in love with new townhome construction in Magnolia Green. We were set on securing an end unit that backed up to the woods, which meant joining a waitlist and being patient while units were released in phases. To position us as strong, non-contingent buyers, Alli came to our home and walked through it with a sharp, strategic eye - advising us on what repairs were necessary, what improvements would maximize resale value, and what could wait. Thanks to her industry insight and guidance, we listed in Spring 2025 and sold our home for nearly double what we originally purchased it for. I met Alli in 2013 while I was in college and always thought the world of her. Fast forward to 2020, my husband and I relocated to Richmond for his job and I knew when the time came that I would want to use Alli as our agent. Through the craziness of 2021 real estate Alli helped us showing us multiple homes and helping us curate many offers. Alli found a fantastic septic company and oversaw the work, landscaping and helped us get our home back on the market. Within just a couple of days of our home being back on the market we were under contract with a great offer and favorable terms. Our first home has finally closed and Alli mailed us the most thoughtful keepsake. Alli truly understands that a buying a home is so much more than just a transaction, she really takes the time to get to know her clients and creates long lasting relationships.
